The Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach will be an ultra-luxurious condominium development consisting of 111 residences and 15 private single-family villas.  Residences feature 60 distinct floor plans with one, two, three, four and five-bedroom layouts, ranging from 1,700 to more than 10,000 sq. ft.  It will occupy seven acres on the site of the former Miami Heart Institute in a residential neighborhood with protected views on all sides.   The project will be stand-alone Ritz Carlton Residences, one of only a few in the world, and will be a LEED Certified building offering residents five-star quality services by Ritz Carlton-trained staff.

Residences come in two, three, four and five bedroom residences as well as loft and penthouses.  Prices start from $2.6 million up to $40 million.  Villas have not yet been released for sale.

Construction is underway and the project is expected to be finished in November 2017.  It is expected that the villas will be ready in late 2018.

Residences may be secured with 10% of the purchase price.  An additional 20% is due 90 days after signing a purchase agreement and a final 10% is due two months after the second deposit.  The remaining 60% is due at closing.
