The Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Fort Lauderdale will be a luxurious, five-star mixed-use property designed by an international team of visionaries including Tara Bernerd, Martin Brudnizki, Kobi Karp, Fernando Wong and developed by Nadim Ashi. This development will be a prestigious home address with all of the advantages of living in a grand hotel.

Set on 1.8 acres facing the ocean, Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Ft. Lauderdale will include hotel rooms, condo hotels (hotel residences) and private residences housed in a 22-story tower. Residences begin on the 5th floor up to the 22nd, above the parking garage and the two-story lobby.


The units will be broken down as follows:

Construction is set to start in the Fall of 2017 and is expected to take about 24 months.

Deposit Structure:

Residences may be purchased with 20% of the purchase price upon signing a sales agreement.  An additional 10% will be required at ground break, 10% at commencement of construction on the 12th floor, 10% at top off and the balance at closing.

The condo hotel units come in one or two bedroom floor plans and range from 781 sq. ft. up to 2,223 sq. ft.  Prices start at $1,200,000.

The condominiums come in two, three and four bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,000 sq. ft. to over 6,000 sq. ft.  with three, two-story residences boasting dramatic 20-foot ceilings.  Prices start at $3,350,000.
